ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association provides this platform for its members to publish service provider recommendations, including but not limited to, contractors, repair services, and suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "Vendors"). Any recommendations or endorsements made by members regarding Vendors are solely based on their personal experiences and opinions, and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association.
In consideration of being allowed to access and use the Vendor recommendation platform provided by the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with using any Vendor services recommended by members of the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association and acknowledges that the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association does not perform background checks, verify qualifications, or guarantee the quality of services provided by any Vendor recommended by its members.
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including but not limited to, researching Vendors, obtaining references, verifying credentials, and assessing the suitability of any Vendor for your needs before engaging their services. Your reliance on any recommendation or endorsement made by another
member is at your own risk.
By accessing and using the service provider/Vendor recommendations you agree that you are releasing, waiving, discharging, and covenanting not to sue the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of any service provider/Vendor services recommended by members of the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm or damages.
By accessing and using the vendor recommendation platform provided by the Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability, and voluntarily agree to its provisions.

They are familiar with the applicable codes and are able to match the dimensions, materials, color and general appearance of our existing fences/gates. We used this small family-owned business for our Whirlpool dryer repair. They are based in Carefree, but have a Tech (Greg) dedicated to Fountain Hills. They provided next-day service and were reasonably priced. The Tech was punctual, knowledgeable, skillful and very personable. Very familiar with all of the appliance brands that Toll Brothers installed in our Townhomes. Highly recommended....

We used Beyon Stone Solutions to clean, color, seal and repair the grout in our porcelain tile. They sent two excellent workers that were skilled in the job and from 7:30 am to 3 pm working on the grout. When they showed the results to my wife and I, the results were better than the day we moved into our home. The price of the project was excellent. We have a company that we will use for any of our tile needs from now on.
