Overlook Bulletin Board 5/18/24 Garbage Cans Pick Up Reminder - Please do not set your garbage cans on the curb before 5pm Thursday. Garbage cans need to be returned to where they are normally stored by 6pm Friday. Note: A bank holiday usually delays pick up 24 hrs. 5/18/24 Front courtyard landscaping and completion of back decks/patios must be finished as soon as practical. Personal landscapers are only allowed to assist within the courtyard and deck/patio areas; homeowners are NOT allowed to hire landscapers to perform work in common areas. 5/18/24 Items visible from the street, neighboring property and/or the golf course (such as patio furniture, outdoor decorations, hose reels, etc ) are subject to architectural review/approval . 5/18/24 Items hindering painting & maintenance (such as trellises, metal artwork mounted on exterior walls, vines on metal railings, etc.) are subject to architectural review/approval. 5/18/24 Parking (including homeowners’ vehicles, visitors’ vehicles, garage door closure, etc.) is regulated; please refer to the enclosed Parking Notice for details. 5/18/24 Important Info: Fountain Hills "Dark Skies" Ordinance - Download Fountain Hills Outdoor Lighting Ordinance - Download Dark Skies Email November 2023 5/18/24 Exterior Painting After careful inspection of all the condos that are in the first group to be painted at Overlook we have decided to delay the start of the project until next spring at the earliest and next fall at the latest. That said, we ARE planning to paint all of the view fences and/or front gates on those condos this fall beginning in the late September timeframe. The lot numbers of the condos whose view fences will be painted (including both upper and lower fences on two story condos) and front patio gates are as follows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 9,10,15,16,17,18, 22, 43, 44, 49, 50. We also will be painting the metal fence at the front entrance to Overlook at that timed. All homeowners must ensure their patios are accessible for the painters and that all plant material is trimmed and patio furniture moved as far away from the fence and gates as possible. Failure to do so will result in that material being cut or moved by the painters and homeowners charged for that extra work. As we get closer to the September timeframe we will communicate again with a specific start date.

SERVICE PROVIDERS Service providers recommended by the residents of the Overlook. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY The Overlook at Firerock Condominium Association provides this platform for its members to publish service provider recommendations, including but not limited to, contractors, repair services, and suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "Vendors"). You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including but not limited to, researching Vendors, obtaining references, verifying credentials, and assessing the suitability of any Vendor for your needs before engaging their services. Your reliance on any recommendation or endorsement made by another member is at your own risk.
