Process for submitting an ARC form.

 

1. Fill out the ARC form.

2. Save the form and either

a) print a copy or

b) safe the file as a PDF.​​

    3. ​Send the form to GUD Property Managers                         office by either

a) using the Contact from (envelope button below)

b) attaching the PDF version of the form and sending an email to GUD or

c) sending the hard copy of the form via USPS to the property managers office.
